2010 Official Rules & Regulations
This year’s program begins on July 30, 2010 and ends September 11, 2010. Any accredited pre-school, or public or private k-12 school located in Brevard County is eligible to participate.
Customers must present receipts from any store or restaurant at Merritt Square Mall to Guest Services. Qualifying receipts must be from a Merritt Square tenant for purchases made during the program period only and must be turned in before 9pm on September 11, 2010. The receipt must be the original and will be marked so it will not be able to be used again for entry. No photo copies, fax or internet orders will be accepted. Customers may put in one entry per day.
No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without a purchase, hand print the date, your first/last name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number and email address on a 3”X5” card and mail in a hand addressed envelope to:

Limit one entry per envelope. Mailed entries must be postmarked by September 4 and must be received by September 11, 2010. Consumers may mail one entry per day.
Purchase of fax and photo copies may not be used as entries. Credit card and bill payments made at the mall will not be accepted as entries. Store employees may not request receipts from customers to use as entries. Additionally, store employees may not hold receipts to give to schools to use for entries. Solicitation of stores by schools to hold receipts is prohibited.
Winners will be notified by phone, email and/or USPS mail.
Each week the individual who turned in the winning receipt for the school will win a $20 rewards card from Merritt Square Mall.
Each week 3 lucky schools may win: $1000 winner $500 winner $100 winner
Winners will be randomly picked each Monday following the week end of Saturday.
Merritt Square Mall Management will make the final decision regarding a dispute, reserves the right to refuse suspicious or fraudulent receipts or any receipt transactions which break the above rules, and reserves the right to modify these rules at any time without notice.
